Aurora Medical Spa in Leander, TX is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN/NP) to join a growing practice. Experienced injectors and RNs/NPs new to aesthetics are encouraged; we provide hands-ons training and a path to building your client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

• Conduct client consultations and aesthetic assessments
• Administer Botox and dermal filler treatments with skill, precision, and care
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive retention and referrals
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support location growth

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP / APRN) license (or Compact/eNLC license) in good standing
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Excellent attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Genuine passion for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best, plus a coachable, growth-minded approach

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience administering Botox and dermal filler treatments (not required — we train motivated RNs/NPs who show the right clinical judgment and client instincts)
• Consultative, education-first approach to client care
• Experience building and maintaining a loyal client base
• Comfort working within a small, fast-moving team
• Established ties to Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, or the greater Austin area

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS — What We Offer

• RN Base Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience
• NP Base Pay: $35–$45 per hour, based on experience
• Monthly Bonus Structure
• Total Earning Potential: Up to approximately $90 per hour for strong performers

SCHEDULE & LOCATION — What To Expect

• Hours: Full-time, 36–40 hours per week
• Shifts: Mix of 8 and 10-hour weekday shifts
• Saturdays: Every other Saturday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
• Location: On-site, Leander, TX
