Eating Recovery Center Pathlight in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team, ensure a safe environment for patients, and coordinate the unit under the Nurse Director. You will supervise staff, assist with scheduling, complete audits, ensure policy compliance, and act as the clinical resource for questions and patient care duties.
Must have an Associate degree in nursing, an active WA RN license, and 1+ year of direct patient care; a BSN and leadership

Schedule: Full-time overnight shift with rotating schedule. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday. Week 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday. Working onsite at Eating Recovery Center's residential facility in Bellevue, WA. Active WA RN license required.
As a member of the nursing leadership team, the Nurse House Supervisor supports teammates in providing a safe environment for patients and teammates through the coordination and evaluation of the unit under the general direction of the Nurse Director.

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
Washington Pay Range
$49.52 - $60.21 USD
