Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing/Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs, intake, outputs, pulse oximetry and weights accurately and report changes to RN.
• Assist and prepare patients for treatment, exams, and procedures as directed by RN.
• Administer baths and basic hygiene measures as directed by RN.
• Assist with collection and delivery of specimens to labs in a timely manner.
• Support patient care with proper body mechanics during transfers and repositioning.
• Submit proper patient charges for supplies/equipment and report equipment needs to nurse manager or charge nurse.
• Assist in serving dietary trays and feeding patients as needed.
• Provide and document care aligned with patient expectations, age, and development level.
