The Manor at Perrysburg is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality resident care under supervision. You will administer medications, monitor patients, and document care plans in collaboration with RN and physicians.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license in Ohio, CPR certification (recommended), and a commitment to compassionate, team-based care in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications
