Qualifications
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse and two years of professional nursing experience.
- Proficiency with Word and Outlook for documentation and communication.
- Ability to travel as needed for field surveys and emergency assignments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of health care facilities for licensure and federal certification.
- Document findings and prepare written survey reports.
- May lead the survey team or participate as a team member.
- Work extended hours including weekends and holidays as required.
- Complete Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test within the first 12 months.
