Job summary

McLeod Health is seeking a part-time patient care aide to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with vitals, bathing, feeding, dressing, transporting, and grooming to meet patient needs and comfort.

Hourly rounds will be conducted to ensure patient well-being and a secure environment for patients and visitors. Requires Nursing Fundamentals course completion and Basic Life Support certification.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Nursing Fundamentals course.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vitals and assist with daily patient care.
• Bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming as needed.
• Conduct hourly rounds to support patient well-being and comfort.
• Transport patients and maintain a safe, comforting environment.
