Job summary

Better And Beyond Family Care LLC in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced RN or LPN to teach STNA/CNA training courses. This role blends clinical expertise with classroom instruction to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.

You will develop lesson plans, supervise 80 hours of training, assess student performance, and ensure Ohio state compliance. A passion for mentoring, strong communication, and delivering high-quality education is essential in a supportive, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Ohio.
• Current state certification to instruct STNA or CNA training programs.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio STNA/CNA curriculum standards and competency testing requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and classroom management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver state-approved STNA/CNA training curriculum to students in classroom and clinical settings.
• Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and competency evaluations.
• Provide hands-on skills instruction and supervise clinical practice sessions.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio state regulations and certification requirements for STNA/CNA programs.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and documentation for 80 hours of training.
• Serve as a mentor and professional role model for aspiring nursing assistants.
