Job summary

Jobot is seeking a MedSurg Nurse Educator (Classroom or Clinicals) to lead and mentor nursing students in Ontario, CA. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary of $108,000 to $130,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will teach in both classroom and clinical settings, create an engaging learning environment, and help students translate real-world nursing into patient care decisions. Evening/night coverage is required during rotations.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in CA (unencumbered).
• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 1+ year of preceptor, tutoring, mentoring, or teaching experience (preferred).
• Must be flexible to cover evenings/night shifts (clinical rotations).

Responsibilities

• Teach and support nursing students in classroom and clinical settings.
• Create an engaging and positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow.
