Zusammenfassung

OU Health is seeking a Nurse Educator for Adult Services in the Clinical Education department. Under general supervision, you will lead staff development, plan and evaluate training, and model OU Health's core values in interactions with colleagues and patients.

You will coordinate orientation, competency development, CPR training to AHA standards, and support quality improvement initiatives while maintaining nursing standards and fostering an inclusive, collaborative learning environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 3 years of patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current RN license (OK State Board or eNLC).
• Basic Life Support (AHA) certification required on hire.

Aufgaben

• Plans, implements, evaluates and documents staff development and in-service.
• Coordinates competency development, verification and maintenance activities.
• Coordinates nursing orientation program.
• Coordinates CPR training to meet AHA requirements and TJC standards.
• Develops criteria to evaluate staff needs and training effectiveness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
