Responsibilities

• Identifies learning needs via assessments, surveys, and CQI results.
• Designs curricula to promote quality care and staff/patient growth.
• Implements programs addressing identified learning needs.
• Evaluates outcomes and documents competencies; analyzes cost.
• Provides expert resource support to customers.
• Develops clear, concise communication and AV materials.
• Markets programs internally and externally.
• Maintains professional affiliations for ongoing development.
