Job summary

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, in partnership with Tower Health, seeks an RN Educator to lead staff education through needs assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will promote staff competency and facilitate orientee integration into the healthcare team.

Develop clinical skills aligned with current research, review policies, and model expert practice across hospital and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in RN-to-BSN/MSN with 12 credits completed in the previous 12 months.
• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assess staff needs and plan, implement, and evaluate educational experiences.
• Ensure staff competency in line with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate orientee integration into the unit-based healthcare team.
• Develop clinical practice skills based on current trends and research findings.
• Develop, review, and revise clinical policies, procedures, and standards.
• Serve as a role model recognized for clinical expertise in hospital and community settings.
