You will design and implement education programs using evidence‑based methods to advance clinical practice and professional development.

The role requires collaboration with clinical nurse specialists, evaluation of quality data, and coordination of programs that foster growth, skill attainment, and the delivery of high‑quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Education; enrollment in Master’s program acceptable.
• Licensed RN in the state of Ohio with current credentials.
• CCNE or ACEN accreditation for nursing program may be part of education background.

Responsibilities

• Support educational needs of clinical staff across hospitals, ED and critical care.
• Design and implement education programs using evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with clinical nurse specialists to evaluate and apply best practices.
