Job summary

University Hospital is seeking a seasoned Nursing Education Specialist to lead clinical education initiatives within the assigned area. You will serve as a clinical expert, educator, researcher and mentor, shaping educational programs and advancing evidence-based practice.

Collaborating in a team environment, you will provide support to clinical practice and contribute to curriculum development and implementation of adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• MSN is required, or a BSN with enrollment in an MSN program, or BSN with national specialty certification and Nursing Professional Development Certification or Healthcare Simulation Educator Certification is required.
• Minimum of five years of full-time nursing experience with at least three years in related nursing specialty is required.
• Demonstration of experience in curriculum development and implementation of adult learning principles is required.

LICENSURE
