Job summary

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system providing care across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This role coordinates and supervises clinical training, with responsibility for orientation, preceptor development, staff education, and competency assessment.

The position supports the Allina Isanti Clinic with 8-hour day shifts, 1.0 FTE, and occasional travel to clinics; travel mileage is reimbursed where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises clinical training, education, orientation and development for a variety of staff roles.
• May assist in planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating patient care activities and management activities.
• Participates with leaders in continuous improvement activities.
