• Develops and documents adult-learner orientation programs to ensure competency and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains educational records and competency documentation.
• Mentors new staff and coordinates ongoing in-service programs.
• Collaborates with managers to identify and meet educational needs.
• Coordinates education for implementation of new equipment, devices and protocols.
• Promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and CQI participation.
• Provides annual assessment of staff educational needs and plans actions.
