Job summary
The Tulsa Center Behavioral Health, part of the State of Oklahoma, is seeking a Nurse Coordinator to supervise staff and the health services unit. You will lead program planning, organize resources, and aim to meet program goals while managing shifts and ensuring service quality.
Qualifications include an Oklahoma RN license (or eNLC-recognized), several years in nursing with supervisory/administrative experience.
Qualifications
- RN license valid in Oklahoma or eNLC-recognized license with four years nursing experience, two in supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing with three years nursing experience, two in supervision, plus two years admin.
- Master’s degree with two years supervisory and one year managerial or consultative experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage staff, program, and unit delivering direct health services.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate functions to meet program goals.
- Lead staff development and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
