Zenith Insurance Company is seeking a registered nurse with experience in workers’ compensation to manage a caseload, perform utilization review, and conduct telephonic case management. You will communicate with injured employees, medical professionals and employers to determine diagnoses, prognosis, and return-to-work plans.
Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in California, 3+ years clinical practice in relevant areas, and may have CCM/CDMS/CIRS/CRRN/COHN certifications.

Prioritize and manage an assigned caseload of medical and disability workers compensation claims according to Zenith guidelines, performing UR and telephonic case management, as indicated.
The expected salary range for this position is $80,862.55 - $101,078.19. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.
