UTMB Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with two years of clinical RN experience to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will hold a current Texas license and BLS certification, with practice aligned to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and UTMB standards.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, patient-centered care, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality nursing services across the assigned specialty area.

Competenze

• RN with 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Must possess and maintain a current license or valid permit to practice in Texas.
• Current BLS required.

• Proficiently and independently assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients.
• Proficiently identifies patient care needs, formulates appropriate nursing diagnoses, develops and individualizes the care plan, and revises it as needed.
• Proficiently executes physician's orders, administers medications and treatments, and delivers competent nursing care in accordance with UTMB policies.
• Proficiently and independently performs routine and complex technical procedures/skills in the assigned specialty area.
