Harris Health System, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Clinician II (NCII) to provide independent nursing care in the assigned clinical area, following Texas Nursing Practice Act and HCHD Nursing Service guidelines. The NCII will apply standards and algorithms to clinical situations and seek resources as needed.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, BLS certification, and either a BSN or Diploma in Nursing; bilingual skills are preferred for patient interactions and teamwork.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or Diploma in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse; licensed to practice nursing in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Other certificates as required by unit/service.

Responsabilités

• Meet standards for professional practice as per Texas Nursing Practice Act and HCHD Nursing Service.
• Independently manage patients with common clinical problems; recognize when to seek assistance.
