The Naval Branch Health Clinic Belle Chasse, part of the DHA network, is seeking a qualified professional to support case management and care coordination for medically complex patients. This on-site role is located in the medical building at NAS JRB New Orleans and operates 0700–1530 with a 30-minute lunch.

Responsibilities include coordinating care across disciplines, facilitating access to services, and supporting throughput for DoD beneficiaries in a Direct Hire solicitation.

About the Position

This position is located at the Naval Branch Health Clinic Belle Chasse, Dir of Medicine. Play an integral part in the care for a wide range of medically complex or seriously ill/injured patients in their case management and care coordination. Candidate will work in an office in the medical building located on NAS JRB New Orleans. Hours are from 0700-1530 with a 30 minute lunch. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation utilizing DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce.
