Cunningham Children’s Home in Urbana, IL is seeking a Nurse Case Manager to join our Health Services Team, dedicated to supporting youth in need of emotional, psychological, and physical care. You will provide medical case management, screening, education, counseling, medication management, and liaise with community providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Current Illinois RN license
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Experience with psychiatric care and children/adolescents preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills

Participating in rotating on-call schedule with remote phone consultations
