Altercare Integrated Health Services in Ohio is offering Nurse Aide (STNA) training with company-paid classes, so you can earn wages while you train. Our program leads to CNA certification and opens up career opportunities across the company.

Earn up to $19.00 per hour for STNA work, with a $1000 bonus for the 10:30pm–6:30am shift. We provide flexible scheduling, benefits from day one, tuition reimbursement, and pathways for career advancement within the organization.
