Job summary

Cornwall-Lebanon School District is seeking a part-time Transportation Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide nursing support during student transportation to and from school. The role requires active state licensure and strong clinical skills to monitor health and respond to needs during transit.

Schedule is 4 hours per day on a nine-month basis, with two morning and afternoon blocks. The position includes a 60-day probationary period and prorated paid time off after completion.

Anticipated Opening: Part-Time Transportation Nurse (RN or LPN)

Cornwall-Lebanon School District is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing support to a student during transportation to and from school. This part-time position is ideal for a caring healthcare professional who is committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of students.

Position Responsibilities

• Accompany a student during transportation to and from school.


• Monitor the student's health and implement the student's individualized healthcare plan.


• Provide nursing care and respond appropriately to medical needs during transportation.


• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, school personnel, and transportation staff.


• Maintain appropriate documentation and confidentiality.

Benefits

Following successful completion of a 60-day probationary period, paid time off is prorated based on the employee's start date and includes:

• Five (5) accumulated sick leave days per year
