Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina is hiring a Patient Care Technician for the CVICU team in Florence, SC. This hourly position works 36 hours per week under RN supervision to support hospitalized patients. A CNA or related coursework is preferred, with BLS required.

Applicants should be reliable, team oriented and committed to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cardiovascular unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of an approved nursing assistant course preferred.
• Previous experience or related coursework preferred.
• Licenses/certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant preferred; AHA BLS Certification required.
