Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking a part-time Nurse Assistant for KH Hamilton on 12-hour day shifts. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a safe, clean care environment under licensed nursing staff.

No formal education is required; on-the-job training is provided. Basic Life Support certification is required within 90 days of hire. Ohio STNA certification is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Nurse Assistant provides essential support to nursing staff by assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role contributes directly to patient comfort, safety, and quality of care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
