As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking qualified applicants for our Nursing Student Apprentice Program (NAP).
The Nursing Student Apprentice provides supportive patient care services under the direction of nursing leadership within a structured behavioral health environment. This role is designed to offer hands‑on clinical exposure while reinforcing a safe, therapeutic, and recovery‑focused patient experience. The apprentice works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and participates in patient care activities, observation, and documentation. This position serves as a developmental role within a structured pipeline to transition qualified candidates into Registered Nurse (RN) positions following program completion and licensure.
Contingent upon licensure and full‑time RN employment
- May require 18-24month employment commitment
