Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support in Jackson, Mississippi, with an ASAP start. Pay rate ranges from $206.61 to $223.65 per hour on regular 12-hour shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule (4 ten-hour shifts per week).

Required cases include orthopedic, general, vascular, thoracic (no hearts), and neurology; EMR is EPIC. Credentialing typically takes 90–120 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold CRNA license or have license application in progress.
• Experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in an acute-care setting.
• Ability to work in a multi-room operating environment with rotating assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for diverse case mix as part of the care team.
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff in a multi-room OR schedule.
• Assist with credentialing processes and maintain compliance.

Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday-Friday 4 10hour shifts per week.

• Required Cases: Orthopedic, General, Vascular, Thoracic (no hearts), Neurology, Endoscopy cases
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Care Team or Independent: Work alongside a team in multiple operating rooms, with rotating assignments based on need
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
• Must have proof of license or proof of license application
