Job summary

Devine Management Consulting is seeking an experienced CRNA for a full-time, on-site surgical services role in Southern Nevada. The position offers diverse anesthesia responsibilities and a detailed schedule, with flexible shifts and no weekends.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or higher in Nursing Anesthesia, NBCRNA certification, and at least two years of CRNA practice, including obstetric neuraxial experience and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP/ATLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's, DNP, or DNAP from COA-approved nurse anesthesia program.
• NBCRNA certification and RN/CRNA licenses in any U.S. state.
• At least two years CRNA experience with recent practice.
• Experience in general anesthesia and obstetric neuraxial anesthesia.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP/ATLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, neuraxial, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Manage airways, invasive monitoring, fluids, emergence, and recovery.
• Monitor patient responses and address anesthesia-related issues.
• Complete accurate perioperative documentation.

Job description

Employment: Full-time | W-2 or 1099
W-2 Pay: $115–$125 per hour
1099 Pay: Up to $170 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

A confidential healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a full-time, on-site surgical services position in Southern Nevada. The exact worksite will be disclosed during the screening process.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Shifts begin at 6:30 a.m.
• Eight-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts based on surgical volume
• No regularly scheduled weekends or on-call responsibilities
• Schedule provided approximately 14 days in advance

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Independently administer general, regional, neuraxial, and monitored anesthesia care
• Manage airways, invasive monitoring, fluid therapy, emergence, and recovery
• Monitor patient responses and address anesthesia-related complications
• Complete accurate preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative documentation

Qualifications

• Master's, DNP, or DNAP degree from a COA-approved nurse anesthesia program
• Current NBCRNA certification and unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses from any U.S. state
• At least two years of active CRNA experience, including practice within the past six months
• Recent general anesthesia and obstetric neuraxial anesthesia experience
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS or ALS, PALS, NRP, and ATLS certifications
