Dartmouth Health’s Department of Anesthesiology is seeking skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dedicated team in the Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC). Our Benefits:

• Salary tiers starting at $259,400 with increases based on CRNA experience

• CRNAs work in a shift‑based model: 1680 annual work hours

• yielding a generous 10 weeks off per year

• Option to pick up extra shiftsat premium rates

• Up to $75,000 in total incentives, paid over 2 years

• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance, calculated based on mileage
