Job summary

HealthPartners Same Day Surgery seeks a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. Our anesthesia care team collaborates while allowing independence; CRNAs are generalists sharing responsibility in the department and ensuring patient safety during general, regional, or MAC anesthesia.

They work with staff anesthesiologists and surgeons to deliver safe, effective surgical care. Schedule is 0.75 FTE, Monday–Friday, with 8- or 10-hour shifts; no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN and APRN licenses with Minnesota boards.
• Certified by NBCRNA.
• Graduate of nursing and nurse anesthesia programs.
• Current NBCRNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during anesthesia and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologist and surgeon.
• Support general, regional, or MAC anesthesia.

Join our team as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at HealthPartners Same Day Surgery!

Our collaborative Anesthesia Care Team works hard to support each other while still allowing for independence. Our CRNA’s are generalists in practice and have a shared responsibility in running the department. The Nurse Anesthetist provides patient care and support during general, regional or MAC anesthesia and has responsibilities for patient safety while under anesthesia. The CRNA works with the staff Anesthesiologist and Surgeon to provide all elements of a safe and beneficial surgical procedure.

Work Schedule

• 0.75 FTE
• M-F, 8- and 10-hour shifts. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of Nursing
• Graduate from a school of Nurse Anesthesia
• Current RN license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current APRN license by Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Certified by NBCRNA
