Job summary

The University of Kansas Medical Center is looking for a Clinical Assistant Professor in Nurse Anesthesia. In this full-time role, you will teach and supervise students in perioperative anesthesia care, develop academic courses, and provide student advising.

Qualifications

• Must have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Kansas Registered Nurse and APRN.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and evaluate nurse anesthesia students in perioperative anesthesia care.
• Develop academic courses including objectives, syllabi, and materials.
• Serve as Faculty Advisor and counsel students.
• Supervise student scholarly projects.
