Want to become a certified/licensed nurse aide but not sure where to begin?

We’re looking for motivated and compassionate individuals who care deeply and want to make a difference in the lives of others.

No experience necessary! Join our team today, and we will cover the cost of your tuition and training fees for a state-approved nurse aide training program.

Participants are hired into a paid, non-patient care role at one of our skilled nursing facilities.

During this employment period, we cover the cost of a state-approved nurse aide training program.

Participants receive on-the-job support and experience while completing their training.

Upon successful completion, participants earn their license or certification.

They then transition into a nurse aide position, providing hands-on patient care.

The entire program typically takes up to four months to complete from start to finish.

We have been training and developing nurse aides for more than 20 years, with 20,000+ graduates and counting.

Our CNA Leadership Council

At the helm is Cathleen Soda, our National Director of Patient Safety and Chair of the CNA Leadership Council. With over 30 years of nursing experience and a lifelong passion for patient safety, Cathy leads with vision and compassion. Supporting her is Nichelle Bennett, CNA at Chapel Manor, who serves as Co-Chair and a powerful advocate for her peers.

Through monthly meetings and continuous collaboration with national clinical teams, the CNA Leadership Council ensures that the voice of the CNA is not only heard—but acted upon. Their contributions are shaping a stronger, more supportive workplace and ultimately better outcomes for those we serve.
