Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, BP, pulse).
• Support patient mobility and safe transfers.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain clean, organized patient environment and infection control measures.
• Document patient observations and changes in condition.
• Communicate care plans and updates to patients and families.
