Our Nurse Aide In Training provides a beneficial service to our residents who previously cared for themselves and handled basic life functions on their own but now rely on us else to help them. You will work under supervision of the Nurse Manager and partner with Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide routine direct nursing care to assigned residents/patients, following successful completion of a paid online 8-hour training course. During this on-the-job training period, we will work with the Nurse Aide in Training to further improve and expand his/her patient care skills.
