Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Monitor resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities within and outside the center.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
• Create a safe and comfortable environment for residents and ensure needs are met.
• Assist with residents' food service needs as needed.
• Follow center policies, safety and infection control standards.
• Attend scheduled training and orientation programs.
