Four Seasons Retirement Center, a BHI Senior Living community, offers a CNA Student training program that blends classroom learning with hands-on clinical experience to prepare you for a rewarding CNA career.

Upcoming class dates are November 2–18, 2026, with classroom sessions Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM. Clinical training lasts three weeks and includes 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:15 PM–10:45 PM shifts. Training is paid, with tuition reimbursement and opportunities for career progression.

• Pass a basic reading and math comprehension assessment during the interview process.
• Commit to the full duration of the training and clinical program.

As a CNA Student, you will begin your journey in healthcare through our structured training program designed to prepare you for a rewarding career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This program combines classroom learning with hands‑on clinical experience, giving you the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a long-term care environment.

Program Overview:

This program is designed to prepare you for success as a CNA through a combination of classroom instruction and clinical experience.

Upcoming Class:

• Classroom Training: November 2, 2026 to November 18, 2026
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Clinical Training (3 weeks following classroom):
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Schedule varies and includes weekends

Training Experience Includes:

• Classroom instruction with required at‑home study
• Hands‑on practice under the guidance of an instructor
• Real patient care experience during clinicals alongside experienced CNAs
• Clinical shifts are typically from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM

Scheduling:

• Upon successful completion of training, scheduling opportunities will be offered based on performance
• While full‑time placement is not guaranteed, we strive to accommodate scheduling preferences whenever possible
