Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a nurse.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
