WakeMed seeks a Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary to provide secretarial support to patients, families and clinical staff. This role promotes PFCC by delivering patient care under RN direction and contributing to a compassionate, efficient care environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year healthcare experience. WakeMed is committed to a supportive workplace and community health improvement.

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide I licensure/qualification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience supporting patient families and clinical staff is preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide appropriate secretarial support to patients, families and staff to ensure efficient service delivery
• Deliver PFCC principles under the direction of the RN
• Support department operations and maintain patient records and communications
