Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients island-wide. This role is not fixed-location; you will work with different clients and fill in where coverage is needed, across Oahu.

Ideal candidates are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to various home environments, with the ability to take multiple shifts each week. Opportunities for growth and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
• Completion of in-person skills training.
• High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts/longer hours.
• Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu.

We are currently hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This is not a fixed-location role — you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.
