Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This not fixed-location; you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.

This part-time or full-time position offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and consistent hours through floater coverage opportunities. Ideal for caregivers who are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in diverse home environments.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
• Completion of in-person skills training.
• High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hours.
• Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks.

• Provide mobility support and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in condition

We are currently hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This is not a fixed‑location role — you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.

What You’ll Do
