Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for clients in North Carolina. This CNA role focuses on assisting with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, and essential medical support in clients' homes.

Positions offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team including 24/7 clinical manager on-call, with opportunities to advance through scholarship programs and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training.
• Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping and grooming
• Bathing and dressing
• Toileting and nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers using mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding assistance
• Vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Home management tasks: laundry, meals, bed making
• Assist with ambulation and mobility
• Medication assistance
• Provide compassionate, respectful patient care and communication

Education

CNA training (75 hours)

CNA license in good standing
