Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients island-wide. This role is not fixed-location and involves stepping in across multiple homes, providing personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship.

The ideal candidate is a Hawaii-NA/CNA with in-person skills training, strong communication, and the ability to travel across Oahu with flexible shifts and reliable transportation. Weekly pay and opportunities for consistent hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification required.
• Completion of in-person nursing skills training.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts and longer hours.
• Willingness to travel across Oahu and cover various clients.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu.

We are currently hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This is not a fixed-location role — you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.

This position is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different home environments, especially those looking for consistent hours and able to take on multiple shifts each week.

What You'll Do
