West Georgia Technical College is seeking a Nurse Aide/ALHS Instructor to deliver classroom, lab and clinical instruction across day, evening and online formats. The role supports traditional and dual enrolled students and requires maintaining accreditation and program outcomes.

This full-time instructional position involves travel to other campuses, Monday–Friday day/evening hours, and ongoing professional development in a professional teaching environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Registered Nursing or Diploma in Practical Nursing required.
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license required.
• Train-the-Trainer Certification and CPR Instructor Certification required.
• One out of the past three years of verifiable in-field experience.
• Current CPR Instructor Certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsabilités

• Provides instruction in theory and practical applications of the discipline in accordance with state standards.
• Instructs courses in classroom/lab/clinical/field environments.
• Uses current classroom technology and evaluates student progress.
• Maintains required documentation and accreditation standards.
• Travels to campuses and clinical sites as part of teaching assignments.
