Job summary

NHC HealthCare, Charleston is looking for dedicated Resident Care Assistants in Knoxville, TN. This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse. The ideal candidate should assist residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe environment.

Full-time positions are available with 12-hour shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, and no licensure is required as FREE CNA classes are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience working as a Resident Care Assistant/Aide preferred.
• Willingness to take FREE CNA classes if not licensed.

Full Time, 12 Hour Shifts, Every Other Weekend Off

Day Shift: 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. or 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Night Shift: 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.

Position Summary

Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a Licensed Practical Nurse. Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comforts and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of residents.
