Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking an on-site RN/LPN to support adolescents at our Springville residential center. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, and health assessments in a behavioral health setting.

Shifts run Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm. The position requires an active RN or LPN license, reliable documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a beautiful Wasatch Mountain setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license required.
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Experience working with adolescents preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care including routine health needs and emergencies.
• Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances.
• Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vitals, weight, mood, and behavior.
• Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments.
• Communicate medical information to parents, Nursing Director, and Treatment Team.
• Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation.

Hourly pay rate: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour (DOE)

PRN Schedule:

• Shifts available during: Tuesday - Saturday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm

Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staffoffer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies.
• Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances.
• Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior
• Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments
• Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team
• Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN License
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Experience working in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience with adolescents.
• Strong clinical skills including assessments, medication management, and monitoring vitals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
