Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality medical services and therapies in our Reno studio. You will educate clients on wellness journeys, collaborate with the team, and help drive safe, effective outcomes while upholding regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have an RN license, BLS, 2+ years in acute care, and experience with IV therapies. You’ll stand for long periods and provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Active RN license in the relevant state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER/ICU/Med-Surg).
• Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drip therapy, IM injections, and other medical services accurately.
• Establish rapport and create a safe, welcoming client environment.
• Educate clients on therapies and benefits.
• Collaborate with studio team to support growth and member plans.
• Maintain medical documentation in EMRs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support off-site nursing events and community outreach.

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you’ll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Expertise & Client Care

• Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.
• Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.
• Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.

Studio Collaboration

• Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.
• Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.
• Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.
• Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Certifications: Current BLS certification.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.
• Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently.
