Job summary

Titan Senquest Management Inc. is seeking a licensed nurse to administer and document medication management for residents and to supervise daily activities of living.

The role requires professionalism, compassion for residents, and strong communication with staff, physicians, and families. You will ensure medications are charted accurately, participate in care planning, and support ongoing training for caregiving staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program in compliance with State regulations.
• Knowledge of state assisted living or personal care home regulations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Administers and documents all medication management for residents.
• Updates resident medication charts as needed.
• Notifies resident’s physician and family of change in resident’s condition.
• Documents family and resident concerns with healthcare management.
• Assists with training caregiving staff.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates caregiver staff performance, including recommendations to supervisor for disciplinary actions.
• Serves as supervisor during absence of Director of Nursing (typically 2nd and 3rd shifts).
• Ensures nurses station is neat, clean and organized.
• Completes on-going training as required by state regulations.
