Job summary

Constellation Energy's Byron Clean Energy facility in Byron, IL, seeks an Engineering Analyst to perform advanced technical analysis supporting nuclear plant operations. This role offers path from entry to senior levels with comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include providing in-depth engineering analyses, solving equipment and system problems, managing tasks, and ensuring design criteria and codes are followed; opportunities to contribute to outage support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; OR Associate's degree with nuclear experience; OR HS diploma with nuclear experience.
• Maintain access requirements and favorable medical/exams as applicable per duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth engineering analyses to develop, manage and implement programs.
• Identify and resolve equipment and system problems through technical consultation.
• Manage tasks for engineering issues and ensure timely completion.
• Apply engineering principles to tasks and ensure design criteria and codes are followed.
• Ensure configuration management and proper documentation of plans and specs.
• Conduct independent research and analyses for projects and programs.
• Recommend equipment, concepts and techniques to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Support outage activities and emergency response as required by management.
