Job summary

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience with analysis on nuclear proliferation and monitoring of supply chain vulnerabilities.
  • Experience writing to ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
  • Experience conducting all-source analysis on nuclear programs (production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, systems employment, security, vulnerabilities).
  • Experience reviewing analytical products for cogent arguments and adequate support.
  • Experience with knowledge management across organizational and IC boundaries.
  • Ability to define problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data.

  • Brief analysis to senior DoD leaders using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to fuse operations and intelligence information to counter radiological and nuclear threats and threat networks.

Overview

Nuclear Systems Analyst & JIPOE Expert opportunity to apply analysis skills to nuclear programs, production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, security, and vulnerabilities. The role supports senior government and military decisionmakers in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct all-source analysis on nuclear programs, including production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, systems employment, security, and vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor and provide insight into supply chain vulnerabilities of controlled and dual-use technologies and materials.
  • Analyze state adherence and implementation of international and bilateral commitments related to nuclear weapons.
  • Perform applied research on radiological and nuclear threats to the U.S. and allied nations and generate written intelligence products in accordance with IC Tradecraft Standards.
  • Brief analysis to senior DoD leaders using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools.

  • Ability to define problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and solutions.
  • Ability to provide analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies aligned with nuclear proliferation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, experience, contract requirements, and organizational needs. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
