Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, CS, Data Science or related field.
• Familiarity with radiation environments and radiation interactions with matter.
• Familiarity with MATLAB or other coding platforms.
• Willingness to learn new skills and expand capabilities.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance by start date; Top Secret clearance in time.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multi-disciplinary technical team on complex problems.
• Modeling and simulation to understand nuclear weapon environments and effects.
• Inform survivability requirements and analyze data
• Analyze third-party results and summarize conclusions
• Present findings to technical staff, management, and government organizations
• Expand skills to include nuclear hardness and survivability areas
• Run third party software in Linux and/or Windows environments
